Counselling to support your whole self
I support you through attention to your whole self: mind, body, social, and creative aspects of self. I take a relational approach that foregrounds our connections to ourselves, community, and more-than-human worlds.
Exploring life: getting unstuck
The people I work with are exploring their self-understanding and experience of life, of transitions, grief, hope, depression, stress, anxiety, emotion-regulation, creativity, and connection. Therapy looks different for everyone and I invite people of all identities and life experiences to join me. Whatever your therapeutic goals are, my professional goal is to support you to safely explore your own capacity for healing.
How I work
I draw on a variety of modalities and specialize in somatic therapy, narrative therapy, nature based therapy and ecotherapy, expressive arts therapy, and mindfulness. My approach is rooted in neuroscientific research about the role of the nervous system and neuroplasticity in healing, safety and connection.
