Neuroscience, safety, and connection
I help clients come home to themselves, recovering an internal sense of safety and wholeness. My counselling style is grounded in narrative therapy, somatic therapy, expressive arts therapy, ecotherapy and mindfulness. In addition to talk therapy, I work with the latest findings in neurobiology and somatic practice, such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and expressive arts. My approach is rooted in neuroscientific research about the role of the nervous system and neuroplasticity in healing, safety and connection.
